The Community Foundation for Ireland welcomes applications to this Fund from community groups and charitable organisations based in the local area of Manorhamilton. The Fund seeks applications focusing on initiatives which support community progression and inclusion through:
- Promoting opportunities which encourage participation in community life, building engagement, integration and social cohesion
- Reaching out to such groups and supporting those groups to build a connectedness within the community
- Activities which build a common sense of community identity and connectedness
- Projects which address the needs or promote the capacity of children and young people within the community
*Groups which may particularly experience isolation or exclusion include, but are not limited to;
- Older people not in contact with community groups, especially older men
- Those in rural isolation
- Members of new communities
- People with disabilities
Who can apply
Not-for-profit organisations who believe they have a project which meets the criteria. As we will not consider applications which do not meet the stated criteria, we strongly recommend that you read the criteria (see below) before deciding to complete the application form.

How to use the on-line application form
