Organisational Funds for Charities
Not for profit organisations often seek the means to protect long term goals and objectives. This can be difficult for charities who rely on public donations as the amount raised can rise and fall depending on economic conditions. With the support of investment management professionals, such organistions can establish a permanent endowment fund compatible with the ethos and activities of that organisation at The Community Foundation for Ireland. This will allow them to have a predicatble certain stream now and into the future which can be used for general running costs or in support of a particluar programme or aspect of that organisation.
This has particular appeal for religious and other charitable institutions who wish to ensure their funds can be applied in support of their ethos and activities, in full compliance with Charity Tax Law, without incurring the burden and costs involved in the administration, compliance and regulatory reporting associated with such funds.
